  1. That looks delicious! I see the recipe says to let things cool, but the Sharlotka looks like it would be good warm, too — what do you think?

  2. Absolutely! You’ll need to let it cool in the pan to let it solidify (otherwise it might fall apart when you try to take it out), but I would definitely serve it warm, and probably topped with ice cream!
