  1. Mmmm, potatoes! I never knew they about schupfnudeln, but it sounds delicious… it reminds me of something I found in Munich and need again badly — flädlesuppe (pancake/crepe soup). It was like a cross between http://cookingweekends.blogspot.com/2012/01/fladlesuppe-soup-with-crepes.html
and http://www.tarasmulticulturaltable.com/fladlesuppe-german-crepe-soup/ — they were small strips, but in beef broth, no carrots. *drool*

Great post! Everyone loves potatoes. 😀

    • Ooh, that sounds delicious! It sounds like perfect food for fall – something warm and filling for when there’s a chill in the air.

I’m glad you liked the post! What would you like to see more of: food, travel, culture, or something else?

  2. It was really delicious — just right for chilly days. (And a perfect appetizer to get you ready to have GIANT DESSERT for dinner. *ahem* Not too filling. Hahah. >.> ) Food and travel! Personally, that is. Are there any subject areas you’re thinking of posting on, but haven’t tried yet? 😀
